In addition to Single, Double, Triple and Quad wide models as well as tag units from Cavco, we now offer the exclusive line of Cedar Valley Cabin homes. No matter what you are looking for in your next home, we have it in our over 500 different Cavco floor plans.

Our Superior Sets

We can assist you with every aspect with your new home purchase; from looking for land, perc test, septic system, site preparation, foundation work, home placement, permitting, to skirting and more. Be sure to check out of current offerings page to see what we have available. We use only fully licensed and bonded contractors. We can assist you with the design of your home, site and any improvements as well as finding a reputable contractor. There are many skirting choices available to fit just about every budget and taste including various types of vinyl, stone or block with different colors and styles.

We have home sites available and many times have homes on property ready for immediate move in but in the event you want something different or our available land will not work for you, we will be happy to help you find the perfect property. We know and understand issues related to the development of the land such as septic systems, wells and water systems as well as power whether you are on or off grid and can assist you with all of them.

Designing your new home is both fun and rewarding. Our associates have the experience to assist you in making the right choices with every aspect of your home that is right for your lifestyle. With The Home Source and Cavco you have the ability to customize a floor plan to fit your needs. Cavco has literally hundreds if not thousands of options and ways to customize your new home. The best part is WE DO ALL OPTIONS AT FACTORY COST and will show you the factory build sheet!

Financing

We have relationships with multiple lending institutions that we can utilize to find the financing program that is right for you. We endeavor to utilize the "one time close" on all land/home loans as it saves you thousands of dollars in closing costs over the traditional two loan scenario other dealerships push. However, you can do a "Home Only" loan. Additionally, we take no kickbacks or "back side" money from any lenders which ensures no conflict of interest and that we always find you the best possible financing package. Of course you can always obtain your own financing and we can offer feedback and work with your lender should you chose this option. Doing a land/home loan allows use to roll improvements into the loan package to minimize the money out of your pocket. While there are many options to consider when it comes to financing, the bottom line is analyzing which one saves you money and best fits your housing and financial objectives; we are here to help you.
